Title: Borage Wine Punch

1gaDry red wine
1cSugar
1/2cLemon juice
1 Borage stalk
  Crystallized borage flowers

  Lemon slices

In a large nonmetallic container, pour the red wine, lemon juice and sugar. Add the borage stalk, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

At serving time, remove the borage, pour the wine into a chilled punch bowl, and decorate it with crystallized borage flowers (see other recipe) and lemon slices.
